Zaner Law is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This is an opportunity for an attorney with 2–6 years of experience.

In this role, you will manage a personal injury caseload soup to nuts. You will have a mix of pre-litigation and litigation as you develop the cases handed to you by the firm. From intake through resolution, you will have a chance to meaningfully advocate for your client along the entire journey of the case, from intake to trial, consistent with the tried and tested practice standards and philosophies successfully developed at Zaner law over the past two decades. You will have a chance to work alongside some of the best trial lawyers in the State and rising stars within the legal community. All of the Zaner law attorneys (including the partners) work collaboratively as a team, helping and counseling each other on case strategies – the proverbial knights of the roundtable meet once a week. Together we rise.

Given the collaborative nature, this is primarily an in-person position, allowing new team members to become fully integrated into the firm, our processes, and our culture. Following successful demonstration of practicing up to Zaner Law expectations, flexibility is available based on performance, role responsibilities, and firm needs.
