Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active state bar admission.
Strong research and excellent drafting abilities are required.
Experience in personal injury law or related fields preferred.
Ability to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to develop trial skills.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Advocate for clients and work toward favorable verdicts and settlements.
