Experience in civil litigation or Creditors Rights is a plus. We practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Experience in any of those states is a plus.

Description :

• Managing a high volume caseload
• Attend regular court appearances
• Issuance of subpoenas
• Post judgment enforcement
• Litigating cases
• High volume settlements
• Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents

Requirements :
