As an Associate Attorney at Orlans Law Group, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking legal work, with responsibilities including:

1. Document Review: Analyzing legal documents to identify critical details that inform case strategies.
2. Document Preparation: Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
3. Court Hearings: Representing clients confidently in court proceedings.
4. Client Interaction: Building strong relationships and providing expert guidance and support to clients.
5. Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research to stay informed and protect client interests.
6. Case Management: Organizing case files and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
7. Settlement and Negotiations: Negotiating settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Technology Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of Adobe/Nuance Power PDF.
• Comfort with new technologies and websites; advanced computer skills required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
