This role handles a broad general liability docket, including high-exposure injury claims, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, trucking and transportation matters, construction defects, and general business torts, with autonomy under the Dallas managing partner.

Active Texas bar license (or ability to waive in) and 7+ years of litigation experience are required;

This is a broad and interesting general liability docket, covering high exposure injury claims, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, trucking and transportation matters, construction defects, and general business torts.

You'll be working directly for the Dallas office's managing partner, a seasoned trial attorney who has conducted hundreds of depositions and tried numerous jury trials to successful defense verdicts.

She started her career as a prosecutor before moving into complex civil litigation, and she leads with genuine trust in her attorneys. You won't be micromanaged or asked for constant status updates, you'll be given the autonomy to run your own docket while knowing support is there when you need it.
