Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Attorney, Residential Real Estate in Summerville, SC. You will lead residential closings, review contracts, and advise clients with a focus on growth and client service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential real estate, SC licensure in good standing, and a track record in closings, title work, and building referral networks within the SC market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential real estate experience.
• Active South Carolina law license in good standing.
• Significant experience conducting residential real estate closings.
• Strong title examination and title curative skills.
• Familiarity with title insurance underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential real estate closings in compliance with state laws and firm guidelines.
• Review settlement statements, closing packages, contracts, and loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct title examinations, identify title defects, and perform title curative work.
• Draft and review deeds, affidavits, easements, powers of attorney, and related legal documents.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, investors, and real estate professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, developers, and other industry partners.
• Participate in networking, community engagement, and business development initiatives.
• Help drive office growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do

• Current South Carolina Notary Public appointment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and business opportunities
