Job summary

Wegman Partners, Atlanta, GA seeks an associate attorney with strong personal injury litigation experience to join a busy practice. You will manage multiple cases and collaborate with paralegals and staff to prepare filings, motions, depositions, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of PI experience, excellent organization, and the ability to engage with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel. A competitive above-market salary and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong case work-up and management experience including motions, depositions, and court appearances.
• Ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals both on the phone and in person.

Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks an associate attorney to join their busy practice.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience, preferably, with at least 3 years of personal injury related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
• Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Need strong case work up and management experience including motion practice, deposition and court appearance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Personal injury litigation experience.
• Easy going and passionate about helping people.
