Job summary

Eureka College is seeking an Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations to oversee daily internal operations, NCAA compliance, and leadership activities within the athletic department. The role supports the Director of Athletics and participates in leadership discussions and special events.

The position requires experience in collegiate athletic administration, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage operations,

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience in an athletic administrative role at the college level.
• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college or university.
• Desirable: Master’s Degree.
• Licenses/certifications: Valid driver’s license, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, internal operations of the athletic department and NCAA compliance.
• Coordinate with Admissions regarding special recruitment events.
• Plan and coordinate gameday operations and special events.
• Supervise athletic department student workers and oversee facilities maintenance.
• Assist Director of Athletics with special projects and general department tasks.
