We focus on utilizing the sports medicine model to promote confidence in workplace athletes. Our goal is to support, train, and educate clients, employees, and leaders to minimize vulnerabilities and foster a resilient workforce through relationship-building and empowerment.

Role Description:

This full-time, on-site position involves designing injury prevention programs, providing athletic training support, acting as a subject matter expert, conducting ergonomic analyses, developing ergonomic strategies, and consulting on medical management of work-related cases.

Key Qualifications:

  • BOC Certification for Athletic Trainers (bocatc.org)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related healthcare field
  • Skills in injury evaluation, EHR documentation, acute care, ergonomics, and risk reduction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications (e.g., CEAS I, FMS, CES, OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid)
  • Advanced degrees (MAT/DAT)
  • Experience in workplace injury prevention
