Associate, Asset Management

What we offer

The Associate, Asset Management provides strategic and financial support to assets overseen by the Asset Manager. This role involves identifying value creation opportunities, collaborating with cross-divisional teams to shape the future of our retail assets across the U.S., and supporting our vision of creating Sustainable, Mixed-Use Places that help us Reinvent Being Together.

Daily responsibilities include managing operational tasks, overseeing asset-based projects, and working closely with the team. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, numerical proficiency, and problem-solving skills. They should foster a results-driven culture and contribute to team success.

Scope

  • Drive growth and value by increasing Net Rental Income and property value, aligning with the Five-Year Business Plan.
  • Use market insights for strategic analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Propose and model innovative ideas for value enhancement and support development projects for long-term asset vision.
  • Create and manage a Five-Year budget focusing on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
  • Lead projects related to leasing, management, marketing, development, and finance.
  • Mentor team members and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and drive process improvements across the portfolio.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial analysis and modeling expertise.
  • Proficiency in business modeling and investment analysis.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment principles.

Compensation

Exempt

$115,000 – $160,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
