Qualifications

• Prior in-office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for asset management of office and retail properties.
• Analyze new leasing deals with the leasing team.
• Conduct market research using third-party data and broker communication.
• Prepare presentation materials with written and graphic requirements.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and reforecasting with teams.
• Establish and execute an asset’s business plan.
• Support capital transactions as they arise.
• Track ongoing capital projects with design and property management teams.
