Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is hiring an Assembly Associate at our Columbus, IN production facility. This on-site, full-time position focuses on final assembly of forklift components and maintaining high quality standards.

Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and about 2 years of manufacturing experience. Starting pay is $23.95 per hour plus overtime, with comprehensive benefits.

• Check slings and hoists for safety considerations.
• Ensure quality of final assembly and adjustments of forklift mast.
• Consistently hit daily takt time.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicatedAssembly Associatewho brings strong decision-makingand expertise to the table. In this role, the primary duty is ensure the highest level of quality assembly of Toyota Material Handling's products and to support overall manufacturing goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Final assembly of mechanical, electrical and electronic components for forklift parts

What We’re Looking For:
