• Properly use required PPE.
• Perform entry-level assembly tasks from models/drawings within Production, including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, PCB sub-assemblies, spray, and inspection.
• Assemble simple components and hardware with basic documentation awareness.
• Perform pull-tests, verify tooling, and use torque tools; able to interpret and assemble multiple units in the dept; basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety procedures and access production tools (routers, parts lists, work instructions) for wire prep, auto bond, sleeving.

Job Summary

Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions must maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment (WHMIS)
• Properly use required PPE
• Perform entry-level assembly functions, which may include: prep, mechanical , harness, cable, printed circuit board sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection, typically working from models and/or drawings, within Production
• Perform simple assemblies and hardware installation screws, washers, nuts and have basic understanding of build documentation
• Perform pull-test and verify tooling, use torque tools and have the ability to interpret & assemble multiple units in dept Basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures including those which govern the handling of materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment (WHMIS)
• Must be able to access production tools (routers, parts list, work instructions, etc) and be able to wire prep, auto bond, sleeving
