Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Associate Art Director, Digital Design & Content to bring the Estee Lauder brand to life across ecommerce, email, social, and paid media.

This hands-on role blends high-volume digital design with fast content creation, from crafting site experiences to shooting and editing Lo‑Fi content. You’ll obsess over typography, design craft, and mobile-first experiences, while collaborating across teams to produce engaging Reels, TikToks, and product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design and/or content creation experience.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, imagery, and design craft.
• Experience designing for ecommerce, email, social, and paid media.

Responsibilities

• Design elevated, on-brand experiences across ecommerce, emails, and digital touchpoints.
• Concept and design email campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Storyboard, shoot, and edit Lo-Fi content for social and ecommerce.
• Translate briefs into compelling content ideas that fit brand and platform.
