The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate Art Director for Dr.Jart+ to lead art direction and visual storytelling across digital and print channels in North America. You will partner with copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional teams to translate brand vision into polished, on-brand assets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong eye for trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 5+ years of design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee art direction and design for paid and organic social content, digital and email/CRM, print mailers and out of home OOH, launches and key brand moments.
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print, digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional team to ensure needs are communicated clearly, content fits design parameters, and deadlines are met.
