Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Orlando is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, drive efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as the liaison between administrative services and clinics, manage staffing and purchasing to support the company's financial goals, and travel to multiple sites as needed.

The role requires strong communication, a BA in business administration, and at least five years of healthcare operations

Qualifications

• Five years operations management experience in a healthcare corporation with multiple sites is required.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical records management is essential.
• BA degree in business administration or related field required.
• Valid State Driver's License for travel to clinics.
• Compliance with the company’s Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.

Position Summary

Responsible for the daily operations of clinics in the practice. Is the liaison between administrative services and assigned clinics; and implements and ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory compliance programs and policies. Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

• B.A. degree in business administration or related field required.
