Architectural Associate Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist and prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents
• Assist Team in programming, design, and space planning to assist client and project needs
• Assist in production of addenda, amendments, and bulletins

Requirements:

• A Professional Degree in Architectural Design or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, graphic design, 3D modeling visualization software and Microsoft office
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
• Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
