State of Missouri's OA-ITSD division seeks an Associate Applications Developer or Applications Developer to maintain and enhance DESE portfolio applications. You will design, develop, test, and deploy code, collaborating with business users and IT staff to resolve requests.
The role requires strong problem-solving, knowledge of C#/VB ASP.Net and modern web tech, plus familiarity with SDLC, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server. A background check is required.

This position will be responsible for maintenance and operations of existing systems, designing and developing new software solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated person with strong organizational and technical skills that can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).

Knowledge of the core programming language used in the assigned area. Knowledge of computer logic statements and their applications. Ability to learn and apply concepts.
