Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Associate degree or higher in chemistry preferred.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience in education or work setting.
• Knowledge of gravimetric, volumetric, and temperature measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Trains to perform routine analyses under supervision until proficiency is demonstrated.
• Collects samples according to the Sample Plan.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance of analytical systems.
• Documents, communicates and archives analytical results and data.
• Follows EH&S and ODMS procedures and practices for work tasks.
• Escalates non-routine requests to appropriate team member for follow-up.
• Performs lab housekeeping and restocking lab inventory.
