• Aid in pulling data from Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools to inform decisions.

Your Impact

The Associate Analyst-Digital will support the team in evaluating and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience. This includes assisting senior team members in reviewing internal and external research, customer behaviors, and other relevant data to transform analysis into actionable insights and recommendations. This role will help execute project plans established by leaders based on these insights, ensuring activities within the assigned area meet strategic and financial objectives. Additionally, the Associate Analyst will assist in aggregating key performance metrics to drive ongoing improvements and enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in omnichannel, merchandising, marketing, and/or brand/product management
