Job Description

The position will provide analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams, specifically focusing on large molecules (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, etc.).

Candidates will work in a large, diverse team, supporting the analytical project flow to help advance cutting-edge pharmaceutical research. Skills required include:

• Colorimetric assays
• Analytical chromatographic separations (HPLC)
• Ultraviolet and visible light spectroscopy (UV-Vis)
• Small-volume multichannel pipetting and plate-based assays

Candidates should have excellent team-centered communication skills and be comfortable using virtual communication tools for updates.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Experience with UV-Vis and HPLC (1-2+ years of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biological or Chemical Science
• Candidates within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred experience includes:

• Protein immunoblotting technology and attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently after receiving direction
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and GMP documentation practices
