Job summary
Think Together seeks an Associate AI Solutions Engineer to advance AI champions from concept to scalable, secure solutions acrossThink Education and Think Together. You will build, test, deploy, monitor, and support AI agents, copilots, retrieval solutions, and workflow automations using enterprise platforms and governance practices.
You will partner with cybersecurity, architecture, platform owners, and business process owners to translate requirements into reliable technical outcomes,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 2+ years in software development, automation, data, or related technical discipline, including production systems.
- Ability to build or configure automation/agent/copilot solutions and connect to APIs or enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of generative AI concepts, prompt design, retrieval augmented generation, and scripting languages.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, production-ready AI agents.
- Develop AI retrieval solutions and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Configure and maintain AI platforms with governance and security.
- Own technical path from feasibility to operation and provide Tier 3 support.
- Mentor Champions and transfer knowledge to analysts.
