Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance within one year of hire.
• Foundational knowledge of programming, software development, data handling, and AI/ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical discussions by documenting objectives, workflows, data needs, and constraints for review by more senior staff.
• Implement, test, and document defined components of AI-enabled applications and workflows using approved tools, APIs, data sources, and environments with guidance from more senior staff.
• Follow established security, data-handling, and responsible-AI procedures; document results and limitations and refer questions to the appropriate team member.
• Use established procedures to troubleshoot simple application, API, data, or environment issues; record findings and seek assistance when a problem exceeds scope.
• Adapt existing prompt examples and templates for assigned use cases; maintain clear setup instructions and reproducible examples for review.
• Assist with demonstrations, training materials, office hours, hands-on experimentation, and routine user support; capture user questions and feedback.
• Build working relationships with AI Enablement colleagues and mission users; complete tasks and communicate progress.
