• 2-3 years of hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and cloud-native development patterns for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with AI development life cycle best practices and MLOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modular AI capabilities including LLM-based reasoning and document intelligence.
• Own components of the full AI system life cycle from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
• Build robust evaluation pipelines with metrics and versioning for reproducibility.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate results clearly through documentation.
