As an Associate AI Engineer at Figure, you will work on improving conversational AI systems, including chat and voice services that support customer service and lending workflows. Your role will involve building and maintaining workflows, developing APIs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of AI interactions.

You will also engage in evaluation and analytics, creating automated tests and designing controlled experiments to measure business outcomes. Collaborating with domain experts, you will translate business knowledge into reliable system behavior while gradually taking on larger production engineering projects.
