Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Affiliate Marketing Associate Manager to work on the Vibrant Performance (https://vibrantperformance.co) agency division of The Aragon Company. At Vibrant Performance we leverage the affiliate channel to drive growth for our clients, establishing partnerships with bloggers, mass media brands, influencers, mobile apps, and other affiliates. Industry-wise we are heavily focused on brands in the financial products and services vertical (mortgage, investing, debt relief, banking, etc.).The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity in establishing best practices and methodologies that facilitates, supports, and helps drive the growth of our clients' affiliate marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• This role supports outreach, onboarding, campaign optimization, and affiliate retention.
• Uploads and maintains affiliate offers in the platform (products, creatives, links, tracking).
• Optimizes existing affiliate performance by identifying top partners and growth opportunities.
• Coordinates seasonal and promotional pushes, including offer strategy and partner communications.
• Collaborates with the team to align affiliate activity with broader marketing goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing is a must.
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation

The Aragon Company offers competitive and comprehensive benefits to include professional growth and development, health, dental, vision, wellness, ancillary coverage, monthly technology stipend, retirement company match, open leave and more. This role pays a base salary commensurate with experience and is eligible to earn a bonus based on individual and company performance. The target base range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00.Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business conditions. Candidates in North America will be considered; no staffing agencies at this time please.
