Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks an Associate Loads and Dynamics Engineer to support fixed-wing programs in Berkeley, Missouri. You will contribute to loads and dynamics assessments across air dominance efforts, coordinating with teams and suppliers to ensure robust designs.

Responsibilities include creating models, performing analyses, testing support, and ensuring airworthiness in collaboration with regulators and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years work experience with a relevant degree.
• Course work in Aerodynamics, Stability & Control, Structural Dynamics, Aeroelasticity or FEM.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing air vehicle requirements.
• Create vehicle-level models for loads and dynamics analysis.
• Perform loads and dynamics analysis to support air vehicle design (flight/ground simulations, flutter/divergence, noise/vibration).
• Assist in developing flight and ground test requirements and plans.
• Support ground and flight testing with pre-test analysis, real-time monitoring, post-processing, and documentation of results.
• Support airworthiness activities with regulatory agencies and customers.
• Assist in developing vehicle flight envelope and operational limits.
