Job summary

CMC Recruiting has an opening in Bellevue, WA for an Associate Advisor (Relationship Manager) to join a growing independent wealth team. You’ll inherit an established client base, mentor with a Senior Advisor, and grow into a trusted advisor while delivering proactive service.

The role offers a base salary of $50K with bonus potential to reach $75K+ in year one, plus benefits, and requires on-site work in Bellevue. State licenses and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Series 7, Series 66, and WA Life/Disability licenses required.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial services or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an established book of about 1,000 client households.
• Meet with clients to review goals, provide guidance, and respond to requests with exceptional service.
• Prepare financial proposals and planning recommendations; participate in client meetings with mentors.
• Support fee-based planning engagements and advisory relationships while expanding knowledge across investments and retirement planning.
• Coordinate account openings, transfers and service requests with internal teams.
