Job summary

Dentist Advisors is seeking an Associate Advisor to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will own the workflow for your assigned advisor’s book of business, ensuring every commitment is tracked and every client interaction is well-prepared.

The role involves regular client-facing activity, attending meetings, following up on outstanding items, and coordinating next steps to ensure clients are supported between advisor meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services, client service roles, or professional office settings.
• Comfortable learning new systems and managing data accurately.
• A BA/BS degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Workflow ownership: track all open cases, tasks, and follow-up items for your assigned advisor's clients.
• Client service coordination: ensure timely responses and action on commitments from meetings.
• Meeting preparation: provide advisor with updated plans, outstanding items, context, and clear agendas.
• CSA task assignment and audit: assign tasks and review output quality for client queues.
• Deadline management: proactively manage timelines and flag at-risk items.
• Training future associates: participate in onboarding or training of new Associate Advisor.
