Dentist Advisors is hiring a Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who enjoys organization and clear communication, and who wants to be a key part of a client-focused team.

You’ll work closely with advisors to maintain client data, assist with onboarding, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial services, client service roles, or professional office settings
• Comfortable learning new systems and managing data accurately
• A BA/BS degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors with daily administrative and client-related tasks
• Facilitate new client onboarding, including gathering information and preparing required documentation
• Maintain and update each client’s dashboard and financial scorecard
• Audit, organize, and process quarterly financial reports
• Communicate with clients to request, collect, and update personal documents
• Organize and maintain client files in Box and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
• Support internal data requests and help enhance workflows as our team grows
