Position Overview
An established and growing wealth management team is seeking a client-facing Associate Advisor with 4–8 years of financial planning experience. This salaried position with bonus is designed for an analytical, client-focused professional who wants to expand their expertise, work directly with high-net-worth individuals and business owners, and develop into a Senior role within the team with the potential for future firm ownership for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a central part in delivering exceptional client service and advancing the firm’s growth. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and relationship management.
- Prepare, participate in, and follow through on client meetings, ensuring all deliverables and next steps are executed promptly.
- Develop, update, and present financial plans using eMoney and other firm technology.
- Proactively monitor and rebalance client portfolios, addressing performance, risk, and allocation needs.
- Execute money movements and transactions with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Conduct investment research and analysis, prepare reports and recommendations for client and advisor review.
- Leverage Orion, Redtail, MyRepChat, Holistiplan, and other tools to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless service.
- Support business development by representing the firm at community and industry events.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen workflows, client engagement, and team productivity.
- Contribute to training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with junior staff as the team continues to grow.
- Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying them proactively to client situations.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Series 65/66 preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Professional Designation: CFP® or CFP® candidate within 12 months of completion required.
- Experience: 4–8 years in financial planning/advisory roles with direct client interaction.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Software: Orion, Redtail, MyRepChat, Holistiplan.
- Knowledge of individual tax codes, core planning concepts, insurance, retirement plans, and estate planning.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
