Qualifications

Experience in NFL/front office operations or equivalent college football admin.
Experience in a college football program in administrative, operational, recruiting, or player development roles.
Collegiate football playing experience or related background is a plus.
Knowledge of NIL structures, athlete marketing, contracts or compensation models.

Responsibilities

Serve as the principal day-to-day administrative leader for the football program and liaison to the Director of Athletics.
Provide strategic counsel on team culture, staffing, and program opportunities.
Oversee football budgets, NIL education, compliance with NCAA rules, and revenue sharing initiatives.
Coordinate with football leadership, university administration, and legal counsel on governance and operational planning.
Manage recruiting expenditures, staff, travel, and game-day logistics to support competitive performance.
