Job summary

Kautex, a Textron company, invites you to join our accounting team as Associate Accounting. You will support billings, accounts payable and receivable, and assist in month-end close in a manufacturing environment.

This role requires SAP R/3 experience or transitioning to SAP Hana, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Hyperion reporting. We offer comprehensive benefits and a climate-controlled facility, with vacation and benefits at hire.

Qualifications

• SAP R/3 experience is essential; transitioning to SAP Hana.
• Microsoft Office fluency; especially Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion financial reporting.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in accounting or finance; preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process billings for Kautex Inc.
• Process and investigate A/P and A/R including bad debts
• Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, prototypes) as needed
• Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
• Select payroll processing duties
• Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures
