Job summary

Kautex is seeking an Associate Accounting to handle billings, A/P and A/R investigations, manual invoices, fixed assets, and month-end close for Kautex Inc. A BS in Accounting or related field is required; SAP R/3 experience with SAP Hana transition and strong Excel/Hyperion skills are essential; 1–2 years in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing, is desired.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics.
• SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana.
• Microsoft Office fluency, especially Excel.
• Experience with Hyperion financial reporting.
• 1-2 years in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process billings for Kautex Inc.
• Investigate A/P and A/R including bad debts
• Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, prototypes, etc.) as needed
• Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc.
• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
• Select payroll processing duties
• Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures
