As an Associate, you will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, maintain books, and support client engagements while developing proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel. You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for coaching, ongoing training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance and CPA in progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reconciliations for clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare workpapers to support client deliverables and firm standards.
• Support clients with QuickBooks setup and questions; analyze financial data.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver timely service.
