Associate Accountant – Dallas, TX (Hybrid-3 days in office)

Are you an accounting professional who enjoys precision, client interaction, and working with some of the most sophisticated individuals and families in the world? A leading global wealth and asset management firm is hiring an Associate Accountant to support its ultra-high-net-worth clients through its Family Office Services division in Dallas, TX (Uptown area).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and wants to apply their accounting expertise in a setting that goes beyond traditional bookkeeping, offering concierge-level service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage personal, trust, and entity-level financial records for a small portfolio of UHNW clients
• Process accounts payable, monitor cash balances, and coordinate with bill pay platforms
• Reconcile investment activity, prepare net worth statements, and support financial reporting
• Assist with payroll, tax documentation (1099s, W-2s), and client-specific special projects
• Communicate regularly with clients and their representatives via email and phone

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience; experience with family offices or HNW clients is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with GAAP, cash/tax basis accounting, and investment reconciliation
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
