You will handle day-to-day communications, assist with renewals and proposals, and help prepare materials for presentations and carrier interactions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years’ client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts and support senior team members in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in renewals and the marketing process.
• Prepare materials for presentations and communications.
• Learn to manage a book of business under senior supervision.
• Maintain client files and policy records.
• Assist with billing questions with Accounting Dept.
