Job summary

Mutual of Omaha invites you to join a marketing-focused role shaping how our brands appear across owned, earned, and paid media. You’ll post engaging content for Pinterest, Meta, and YouTube, engage with audiences, and publish digital content using SEO and generative practices.

You’ll collaborate with content, creative, media, analytics, and brand partners to test ideas and deliver timely, accurate content that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into marketing, advertising, and communication strategies and plans.
  • Ability to quickly learn business objectives, initiatives, products, markets, distribution channels, and measures of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of brand, marketing, and advertising principles in a multimedia environment, including traditional and emerging media.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and a commitment to learning, testing, and continuously improving marketing outcomes.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with go-to-market planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing Account Managers and business stakeholders to assess ongoing advertising and marketing needs.
  • Contribute to creative briefs, communicate campaign milestones and progress, and help ensure materials meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with project management and internal or external partners to move creative assets through review and completion on time and within budget.
  • Support campaign tracking, testing strategies, performance monitoring, and the application of learnings to improve results.
  • Stay current on marketing practices, market trends, insurance industry developments, and emerging technology and media.

Working closely with content, creative, media, analytics, and brand partners, you’ll use performance insights and audience trends to help us test fresh ideas, strengthen engagement, and deliver timely, accurate content that connects with our audiences.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
  • Estimated Salary: $59,800 - $76,180, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
