Job summary

WPP Unite, working with Unilever and Walmart, seeks a junior Associate Account Executive to support commerce-driven marketing initiatives and integrated strategies across digital and physical retail environments.

You will learn through mentorship, manage project timelines, and collaborate with design, production, and client teams in a fast-paced agency setting. Office presence is required three days a week.

Qualifications

• 0 - 1 years of experience in a marketing agency, retailer, or digital company (relevant internship experience will be highly considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong project management, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of projects, acting as a liaison between design and production teams, and assist with internal briefs and timelines.
• Route requests and manage project needs from initial brief to final reveal under the guidance of account leadership.
• Manage status updates and reporting using internal trackers and ensure documentation is reliable and meticulous.
• Document key takeaways from meetings and suggest small workflow improvements to support team knowledge.
• Proactively anticipate internal and client needs to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead by example and maintain a constructive, solution-focused attitude under deadlines and client pushback.
• Collaborate with teams to create high-quality creative briefs and contribute to briefs for brand objectives.
• Willingness to support teammates beyond assigned tasks and learn new project types.
