As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll help organizations solve business and technology challenges by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering talent and consulting solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Resilient, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders and executives.
• Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth.
• Learn a consultative, solution-focused sales approach.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Meet with clients in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
