Position Overview

The Associate Account Executive is responsible for all sales-related functions, including preparing analyses, managing market appointments, and monitoring shipping and sales of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reporting & Analytics: Review weekly sales, identify reorder and stock opportunities, present at weekly sales meetings, and ensure accurate sales data upload and rectification of discrepancies.
  2. Market: Compile hindsight data, participate in line presentations and breakout sessions, present collections to managed accounts, and support market appointments.
  3. Order Management - Market & Day-to-Day: Manage order entry, communicate discrepancies, secure replenishment orders, review daily EDI reports, update open order reports, monitor reorders, and work with the VP on aged inventory.
  4. Financial Planning - Monthly: Conduct monthly LE reviews, update booking logs, secure OTB from accounts, and review with planning managers.
  5. Cross-Functional Partnership: Build strong relationships within the team and across functions.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2-4 years of wholesale experience in the fashion industry (buying/planning experience preferred if no wholesale experience)
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables), retail math, and styling skills
Benefits
