What will you be doing?

  • Lead: Understand the customer and their product's needs. Manage order and assortment.
  • Provide Strategy: Implement strategies that would improve the sell-in of key classifications and marketing programs. Facilitate immediate resolution of any order problems with the Merchandiser, Service Manager, Account Director, Account Executive, customer, Warehouse, or EDI Department. Provide support to the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities: Build relationships by in-person travel to accounts and Shoe shows. Ensure development of existing accounts, along with achievement of sales and profitability goals. Develop expertise in specific aspects of the customer’s business as assigned, by learning a variety of account types/retail segments.
  • Coordinate and Influence: Communicate frequently with retailers to relay information regarding trends and sales analysis. Maintain open lines of communication between the retailer and the company (Sales team, Linebuilders, and other internal partners).

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years retail sales or wholesale experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • SAP Experience a Plus.
  • BI Experience a Plus.
