A rapidly growing tech company in the construction sector is seeking an inside sales representative. This hybrid role involves qualifying inbound leads and selling BuildZoom's Premium service. Compensation starts at $31,200/year with opportunities for growth based on performance, along with a generous benefits package.
BuildZoom is a rapidly growing tech company, dramatically improving the construction process and results. Over the past year, we managed over $400M in construction projects and are on pace to double this year.
The ideal candidate is an inside sales representative with a strong work ethic who embraces coaching, is interested in developing a strong sales skill set, and is highly professional. In this position, you’ll be directly responsible for fielding and qualifying inbound requests from prospects with the goal of selling them our BuildZoom Premium preconstruction management service.
This role will typically operate under the shift of 8 am to 5 pm Arizona Time. This is a hybrid position that requires working in our Phoenix office (cross-streets Central Ave and Thomas Rd) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Tuesdays and Fridays may be worked remotely.
Compensation: OTE $60k-$120k
You will start your first month at $31,200 /year with the expectation that you will close a deal within your first month. Once you close your first deal in that month, you will receive a $1300 spiff and your base pay will be bumped up to $46k /year plus commission and a revenue milestone structure for an opportunity to increase your base pay over time.
