Job summary

Gibney seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years in business immigration to join the New York office. You will assist with nonimmigrant visa petitions, PERM, I-140 and AOS, and gradually handle a diverse immigration practice. Qualifications

You will be working with a talented group of immigration attorneys in the New York office of our close-knit, full-service commercial law firm. Initially, duties will be focused on the assessment of nonimmigrant visa options and strategies and advisory work, but will also eventually involve a full range of diverse nonimmigrant, PERM and immigrant matters with access to a growing and exciting roster of clients.
