Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) seeks a candidate to learn intelligent automation software, collaborate with business analysts, and create automations with detailed process documentation.

If you have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of experience, plus strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication, you will help maintain and enhance automated solutions while managing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and degree attained with a minimum one-year experience (full-time equivalence including internship or co-op).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to analyze and interpret data.

Core Responsibilities

• Learn intelligent automation software and create automations, working with business analysts to ensure process documentation and business requirements are accurate, correctly detailed, maintained, and organized.
• Complete process documents such as Process and System Design Documents.
• Responsible for creating forms and automations using intelligent automation software.
• Leverage existing products/functionality and promote reuse.
• Continue to learn and develop skillsets with new software.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for implemented automations.

Required Education / Experience

Bachelor’s Degree and degree attained with a minimum one-year experience. Requirement is based on a cumulative full-time work equivalence with a company-sponsored internship or co-op program from any employer.
