Tailwind Concessions is hiring an Associate to support daily operations at our Bloomington airport venue. Full-time and part-time positions offer hands-on roles in service, cash handling, and beverage preparation, with an emphasis on accuracy, friendliness, and teamwork.

You will keep the coffee station organized, assist customers, manage inventory, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment. A TSA background check is required for airport access; paid training, benefits, and retirement

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Associate to join our team! As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory, and assist with customer inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and address any customer inquiries or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Craft and serve a variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages according to customer preferences
• Operate coffee equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and stay updated on drink recipes and trends
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies
• Work with a Team to provide the best possible customer experience
