Bridge's ManCo team runs the finance and operations function for the management companies of alternative asset managers. We are one of two arms of Bridge's professional services group, alongside our OCFO practice. Scope is built client by client: some engagements are a full outsourced back office, while others cover a defined set of functions alongside a client's internal team. Depending on what a client selects, the work can include books and records and the monthly close, cash and expense management, management fee billing and collection, fund reimbursable expense administration, payroll and HR administration, and budgeting and forecasting. The responsibilities below describe the full range of ManCo work, and any individual engagement will include a subset of it. As an Associate you learn the ManCo engagement from the ground up: recording and coding activity, reconciling cash and corporate card spend, and preparing the monthly close package under the direction of an engagement lead.
