Job summary

SNH Capital Partners, a U.S.-based private investment firm, seeks an Investment Analyst in Austin to participate in sourcing, evaluating, and execution of investments and portfolio management. You will support deal sourcing, modeling, and collaboration with management teams to drive value creation.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Investments and is based in Austin, Texas with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investment banking or private equity experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and work on structuring and execution of transactions – new investments and add-on acquisitions.
• Conduct new investment analysis, diligence, underwriting, and financing activities, including construction of complex financial models.
• Work with the deal team lead to develop and evaluate the investment thesis.
• Conduct industry research and market analysis.
• Lead financial and operational modeling efforts.
• Participate in firm weekly deal meetings.
• Prepare and present investment committee materials.
• Play an active role in portfolio company monitoring and value creation, working alongside portfolio company management teams.
• Develop a network of deal sources, intermediaries, and advisors.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst who will participate in the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management of investments, as well as contribute to the ongoing strategy and value creation of the firm.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director of Investments and is based in our Austin, Texas office. Relocation assistance is available.
