The Associate Teacher role at Wentworth-Douglass Physicians Organization (WDP) in the Early Learning Center is a full-time day position. You will support the lead teacher to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning environment for young children.
Minimum requirements include 1–2 years of experience and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or active matriculation toward an Associate Degree with completion within 2 years of hire.
Full time day position available in our Early Learning Center.

1 to 2 years of experience.
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or actively matriculating toward Assoc Degree with completion within 2 years of hire.
Possesses traits of creativity, nurturing, and personal warmth. Possesses good communication skills, a willingness to work as a team with co‑workers, and an acceptance of and adherence to the Ethical Conduct Code of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
CPR and First Aid within three months of hire.
