POSITION OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for assisting in managing the end-to-end operations of Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma’s paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns. This role possesses a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer Program Management
- Assists manager with day-to-day communications with influencers and/or their management team for upcoming campaigns, promotions and gifting opportunities.
- Supports manager with monthly paid campaigns for Chico’s, WHBM, and Soma.
- Supports manager with monthly influencer gifting campaigns.
- Responsible for organic influencer pitching of promos and key marketing initiatives.
- Assists managing affiliate marketing partners, including LTK and ShopMy in partnership with the performance marketing team and affiliate agency.
- Supports manager with casting influencer partners for all programs.
- Continually builds master partner roster for all campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Supports influencer needs for all brand events.
- Tracks and monitors the success and ROI of influencer initiatives and provides reports to management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team members to achieve company goals and ensure smooth and timely implementation of content programs.
- Works closely with social media team to incorporate influencers in content plans across brand social channels.
- Educates internal partners and colleagues about influencers, new trends and best practices across social platforms.
- Leads weekly, monthly and quarterly influencer reporting for all brands.
- Responsible for all product ordering for paid campaigns, affiliate programs and gifting.
- Responsible for campaign-based reporting on an as-needed basis for all brands.
- Assists with processing invoices and ensuring financial trackers are updated.
- Assists with contract negotiations and develops relationships with legal partners.
- Maintains working knowledge of industry and social media trends within the influencer community.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field.
- Experience: 3+ years’ experience in influencer, social media, media, or communications.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of the fashion and retail industries.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Platforms: Familiarity with influencer and media platforms, including FOHR, LEFTY, Dash Social, LTK, ShopMy, and Muck Rack.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking skills with a proven time-management and prioritization track record.
- Confidentiality: Confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information are priorities in this role.
- Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
